OSHA General Industry Training

1. 8-hour General Industry


2. 10-hour General Industry Outreach Training Program

This 10-hour program is intended to provide a variety of instruction on general industry safety and health standards to entry-level workers.

Participants that attend the required time and pass a final examination will receive a certificate of completion from the US Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Who Should Attend:
Anyone who wants to gain hands-on skill to better meet OSHA regulations, and build a employee training program that fulfills OSHA requirements and qualify for 10 hours of voluntary OSHA compliance training.

A. Introduction to OSHA, OSH Act/General Duty Clause 5(a)(1), Inspections, Citations, and Penalties (CFR Part 1903), Record keeping (CFR Part 1904)

B. Walking and Working Surfaces

E. Flammable and Combustible Liquids

F. Personal Protective Equipment

G. Machine Guarding

H. Hazard Communication

I. Introduction to Industrial Hygiene, Blood borne Pathogens, and/or Ergonomics

J. Safety and Health Programs


3. 30-hour OSHA General Industry Outreach Training Program

This is a 30-hour 4-day comprehensive course ideal for anyone with safety and health responsibilities and for employee safety and health awareness.

Participants that attend the required time and pass a final examination will receive a certificate of completion from the US Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Anyone who wants to gain hands-on skill to better meet OSHA regulations, and build a employee training program that fulfills OSHA requirements and qualify for 30 hours of voluntary OSHA compliance training.
